Data Business Analyst / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst / Project Manager to join the team. This role will support data-related initiatives across business functions, helping to translate business needs into actionable data solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements for data and reporting initiatives.
• Lead or support data-related projects from discovery through delivery.
• Work closely with technical teams, data teams, and business users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data, automation, or reporting.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data insights for decision-making.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate workshops, status updates, and user discussions to drive project progress.
• Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and project deliverables.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, or data-focused roles.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, e-commerce, consulting, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to data-related projects such as reporting, BI, analytics, dashboards, or data transformation.
• Solid experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Good understanding of business processes, data workflows, and project delivery lifecycle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with luxury brands or premium consumer businesses.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, BI tools, or data visualization platforms.
• Experience in consulting with client-facing project delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
