Job Description

Develop and fine-tune Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (e.g., RAG systems, text analytics, domain-specific copilots) to support research and operational workflows.
Conduct data science research leveraging granular, alternative, and unstructured data to improve risk monitoring and surveillance capabilities.
Maintain, enhance, and monitor internal AI-powered platforms and web portals-including LLM tools, chatbots, and intelligent knowledge systems.
Build and optimise end-to-end data and model pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with engineers to automate dashboards, improve database workflows, and operationalise machine learning models using MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
Experiment with emerging foundation models, GenAI frameworks, and vector database technologies to evaluate their applicability in research and analytics.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or machine learning.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau.
Experience working with Generative AI / LLM technologies (e.g., Transformers, RAG, embeddings, NLP libraries such as Hugging Face or spaCy).
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and deployment.
Understanding of DevOps and orchestration tools such as Git, Terraform, Jenkins, and Apache Airflow.
Solid understanding of cross-system integration and full data pipeline development.
Knowledge of ML algorithms, MLOps concepts, and big data processing frameworks is a plus.
Highly motivated, with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
