DCM Syndicate Support Analyst (12-month contract)

A leading global financial institution is seeking a DCM Syndicate Support Analyst to join its Global Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. The business sits at the core of Investment Banking and Sales & Trading, delivering capital markets solutions to a diverse institutional client base. This environment offers strong exposure to live deal execution, market activity, and collaboration with senior stakeholders across the region.

Your new role

• Support transaction management and ensure accurate documentation of DCM deals
  
• Assist with post-closing processes, including deal settlement and revenue booking
  
• Maintain and manage the Syndicate database as a key point of contact
  
• Prepare market updates, data analysis, and internal commentary
  
• Handle large volumes of financial and transactional data with accuracy and efficiency
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  
• 2+ years of experience in capital markets, sales & trading support, or a similar role
  
• Good understanding of debt capital markets concepts and numerical analysis
  
• Fluency in written English
  
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
