Digital Business Analyst - Retail Banking (12M Contract)

The Role

• Gather and document business and functional requirements across digital banking journeys (mobile, online)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, technology, UX, and operations
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications
• Support Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritisation
• Work closely with QA teams on UAT planning, execution, and defect management
• Drive improvement in digital customer experience and process efficiency

Your Profile

• -Cantonese / manadarin speaking
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within retail banking
• Strong exposure to digital banking (mobile / internet / onboarding / payments)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / sprint delivery)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with ability to work across end-to-end delivery lifecycle
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence
