Job Description - Director, Financial Management

Key Responsibilities

Lead FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, modelling) and deliver performance insights
Provide channel and business analytics to assess sales, mix, and profitability
Oversee financial reporting and support strategic initiatives and cost optimisation
Apply actuarial concepts (EV, VONB/VOM, pricing) to drive commercial insights
Partner with stakeholders to influence decisions through data-driven analysis
Drive process improvement and transformation across FP&A and reporting

Requirements

10-15+ years' FP&A / financial management experience, ideally in insurance or financial services (consulting background a plus)
Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Proven experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
Solid understanding of channel/distribution analytics and profitability drivers
Strong knowledge of insurance metrics and actuarial concepts (EV reporting, VONB/VOM margins, pricing)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
