Distribution Project Manager - Insurance Firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to broker products and broker journey optimization.
• Drive smaller initiatives to improve new agent onboarding and increase process efficiency.
• Engage with business users and steering committees to gather requirements and align on priorities.
• Work closely with Product Owners to deliver product enhancements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with hands-on involvement.
• Organize meetings, collect information from different teams, onboard new team members, and manage administrative tasks including contracts.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Domain knowledge in distribution and agency is highly preferred; experience interacting with agents is a plus.
• Strong, mature personality with proven hands-on project management experience.
• Language proficiency in English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage business users, steering committees, agents, and delivery leads across APAC.
