A global financial institution is looking for a Document Review Associate focusing on the Debt Capital Market.

Your new role

• Review transaction documents prepared by external lawyers, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and operational practicality rather than legal drafting
• Create and update Excel transaction trackers and reports as transactions progress.
• Liaise regularly with law firms, banks, and advisors on document‑related matters
• Act as a key point of contact for investors and market intermediaries, handling enquiries and providing clear guidance.
• Manage multiple workstreams in parallel across global teams

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years in legal & compliance / due diligence / document review
  
• Working experience in Capital Market
  
• Great command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  
• Legal background is an advantage, but not mandatory.
