Job Description - ECM Syndicate Support (12 months contract)

Your new company

A leading global financial institution where Global Capital Markets connects Investment Banking with Sales & Trading across Asia Pacific. The Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team supports IPOs and other equity transactions through coordination, data management, and execution support.

Your new role

Support execution of IPOs, follow-ons, placements, and block trades across APAC.
Maintain accurate deal pipeline tracking, including timelines and reporting.
Coordinate logistics for roadshows and investor events.
Track and analyze deal revenues and prepare internal performance reports.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and HKEX FINI regulatory requirements.
Assist with ad-hoc presentations and materials for senior management and investors.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in ECM support or similar roles.
Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.
Fluent in written English with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
