Your new role

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning courseware that aligns with instructional design principles, learning objectives, and organisational goals
• Plan, coordinate, and develop learning-related marketing and promotional materials, including videos, posters, and digital content, to support internal initiatives
• Manage and update content on internal digital learning and promotion platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency
• Coordinate learning and content projects end-to-end, working closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors
• Support ad-hoc learning, digital, and content-related tasks and projects as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in eLearning development, learning content creation, or learning and development projects
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts
• Exposure to managing or updating digital content platforms or learning systems
• Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate learning objectives into engaging content
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
