About Our Client

Our client is one of the international private bank and asset management group serving private clients and institutional investor, their department is currently looking for a Email Surveillance Associate to handle email surveillance in monitoring, investigation and review compliance standard, ideal candidate should have around 4 to 5 years of working experience in compliance/ surveillance/ operational risk field.

Job Description

Monitoring trading activities and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Conducting detailed reviews of unusual or suspicious activities and escalating findings as needed.
Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate records of surveillance activities for audit and reporting purposes.
Providing support during regulatory inspections and internal audits.
Staying updated with industry regulations and best practices in financial services surveillance.
Contributing to the development and enhancement of surveillance tools and processes.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
5 years of working experience in compliance/ surveillance/ operational risk field within banking/ Financial Services sector
Candidate with prior experience in surveillance or similar position are preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
