A leading investment bank is seeking an Equities & Risk Analyst to join their dynamic team. The role supports post-trade activities across the full lifecycle of equity derivatives operations in Asia.

Your new role

• Gain in-depth insight into the operational process lifecycle through collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, trading desks, brokers, Sales, Structuring, and federation teams, all aimed at advancing business enablement and risk mitigation objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product specialists to evaluate every facet of trade flow operations, building expertise in technical systems, risk management, and commercial dynamics.
• Apply your curious approach to spot process flow improvements and scalability enhancements in methodologies.
• Harness quantitative abilities to break down intricate regulatory and operational requirements, then develop innovative, resilient solutions.
• Take full responsibility for overseeing the end-to-end front-to-back operational workflow, guaranteeing flawless trade execution, new business onboarding, and process optimizations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant internship experiences in Equities.
• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines.
• Great understanding of various Equity Derivative products alongside Cash Securities.
• Robust team collaboration abilities for engaging with local and global internal stakeholders.
• Superior communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Resilience in high-pressure scenarios.
• Essential leadership qualities-this position demands a proactive initiator capable of juggling multiple deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
