About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational financial services group, providing long-term stability, structured operations, and a collaborative culture.

Job Description

Support end-to-end event planning and execution, including venue sourcing, vendor liaison, materials preparation, logistics coordination, and on-site setup.
Manage event communications by sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, monitoring attendance, and coordinating with internal teams and external participants.
Prepare essential event materials, including rundowns, briefing notes, presentations, name lists, signage, and supporting documents.
Provide on-site support such as registration handling, guest assistance, vendor coordination, and resolving issues to ensure smooth event operations.
Handle post-event tasks, including attendance verification, feedback collection, fulfilment coordination, and preparing summary reports for future improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Higher Diploma or above.
Open to recent graduates with internship or full-time work experience.
Prior experience in event support or coordination is preferred.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
Familiar with MS Office applications and Outlook.
