• Provide administrative support to the MD and Team.
• Support in calendar management - conference, meeting and travelling arrangements (flights, transport, hotels, etc.).
• Prepare expense reports and handle invoices.
• Set up meetings and calls, both internally and externally.
• Handle ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 10 years of experience providing executive-level support to C‑suite leaders within Investment Banking and Asset Management.
• Exceptional command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction across all organisational levels.
• Highly skilled in time management, complex scheduling, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Experienced in supporting global teams and working efficiently across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor's degree holder with a solid foundation in business and administrative operations.
