Job Description - Executive/Team Assistant (6 Months Contract)

Your new company
You'll be joining a high-performing Wealth Management team in Hong Kong, providing essential support to client-facing advisors and gaining hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of private banking. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career talent looking to build a strong foundation in financial services.

Your new role

Support Client Advisors with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Assist with client onboarding and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate basic credit- and lending-related processes.
Prepare simple reports and update internal systems.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth client workflows.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Open to fresh graduates with a background in banking or financial studies.
At least one year of relevant experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to support effective communication across teams.
