Looking to grow your career in Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global financial institution, supporting corporate events across Asia and working closely with clients, external agents, and internal stakeholders.

Your new role

Manage and process corporate actions and proxy events, ensuring deadlines are accurately monitored and completed on time
Perform corporate action reconciliations, investigating and resolving complex or high-value breaks
Liaise with external agents, clients, and internal business teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing
Monitor and report operational risks, escalating potential issues where required
Support a high-volume environment while maintaining strong accuracy, controls, and service standards

What you'll need to succeed

1-3 years of working experience
Previous experience in banking operations, corporate actions, asset servicing, reconciliation, or securities operations would be an advantage
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Good command of written and spoken English
