HK IBD Expense Reviewer (12 months contract)

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, influence cost-management strategies, and support critical business operations across a fast-paced, analytical environment.

What You'll Do
As a key member of the Expense Management Team, you will:

• Analyze and report expense trends, patterns, and variances for management decision-making.
• Compute, classify, and record financial data to ensure complete and accurate records.
• Deep dive into reporting workbooks to streamline, align, and enhance data consistency across multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with expense and travel policies through reviews and controls.
• Collaborate daily with professionals across Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, and supporting units.
• Present insights that help shape cost-control initiatives and operational strategies.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis and complex problem-solving
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (including reading ability)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data modeling are essential)
