HK IED Sales Assistant (12 months contract)

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support dynamic derivatives and Delta One business, with strong exposure to China A-shares and global equity markets.

Your new role

• Support sales teams with daily client requests, trade execution, and booking of derivatives and Delta One products
• Act as the key liaison between clients and Operations, resolving booking, margin, and settlement issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate trade records, perform reconciliations, and validate statements and reports
• Manage client onboarding processes and keep client profiles up to date
• Participate in ad-hoc system and workflow projects to improve team efficiency and automation

What you'll need to succeed

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with long hours when needed
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; a true team player
• Solid understanding of derivatives and equity markets, especially China A-market exposure
• Highly motivated with a clear aspiration to grow into a derivatives salesperson
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Advanced Excel skills (coding or automation experience is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
