Job Description - HK KYC Data Migration Analyst (12 months contract)

Your new company

Be part of a high-impact platform migration project within a leading wealth management organization. As a KYC Data Migration Specialist, you'll play a key role in verifying client data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the seamless transition of client accounts onto global investment and CRM platforms

Your new role

Perform KYC and document verification for accounts undergoing migration
Review client data for accuracy, completeness, and AML compliance
Support advisers and client teams with KYC and documentation queries
Identify and escalate AML risk issues where required
Track cases and contribute to project reporting and process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

1-3+ years' experience in financial services, onboarding, or KYC/AML roles
Strong knowledge of CIP / KYC requirements under Australian regulations
High attention to detail and confidence working with complex documentation
Comfortable engaging stakeholders in a fast-paced, project environment
