Job Description - HK Legal Entity Controller (12 months contract)

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about bringing clarity to complex financial landscapes? Join us as a Legal Entity Controller, where you'll play a key role in supporting China-based legal entities and driving high-quality financial governance.

What You'll Do

Support Legal Entity Controllers in China throughout the full financial statement close process.
Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics for multiple legal entities.
Prepare legal-entity-level reports for executive and governance forums.
Collaborate closely with the Tax team on tax matters and corporate filings.
Partner with the Treasury team on capital-related initiatives and requirements.

What You Bring

Strong analytical thinking, data-driven mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working effectively with virtual teams across regions and time zones.
Exceptional communication skills and a high level of accuracy in your work.
Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in financial control, accounting, or a related domain.
