This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of client service, compliance, and technology, ensuring seamless account management for a diverse range of clients including individuals, families, significant investor visa holders, and not-for-profit organizations.

Your new role

• Client access management: Review and process system access requests, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
  
• Compliance oversight: Maintain Know Your Client (KYC) documentation in line with global standards and local regulations.
  
• Operational support: Assist financial advisors and client service managers with system queries and troubleshooting.
  
• Process improvement: Identify automation opportunities, support user acceptance testing, and contribute to platform enhancements.
  
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Asia-Pacific to coordinate projects and governance activities.
  
• Ad hoc support: Assist with document archiving, scanning, and other operational tasks.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Banking preferred).
  
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in the banking sector preferred; candidates with less experience may also be considered.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
