Job Description - HK PWM Analyst (12 months contract)

Join a team that delivers tailored financial solutions to individuals, families, and foundations. Within Account Management, this role sits in the Client Account Maintenance Team, ensuring accounts are properly maintained and compliant with global standards and local regulations.
Your new role
Review clients' suitability for Product Brochure. Perform client outreach and document review.
Prepare Welcome Pack for newly opened accounts
Work with Sales Team to resolve Returned Mails
Review Account Closure documents
Review Credit File Application documents
Process loan registration, customer agreement re-execution and change of account type
Review sub account opening request for Secured Financing Solutions (SFS) and process registration with HKIRD.
Maintaining the Documentation SharePoint site
Prepare management information (MI) and report for other Business Units (BU)
What you'll need to succeed
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, organized, and adaptable.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated team player with influencing ability.
