Job Description - HK PWM QA (12 months contract)

Your new company

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in QA testing, compliance monitoring, or audit, who enjoys working with business processes, identifying risks, and partnering with stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes.

Your new role

Perform QA testing on key client lifecycle processes such as onboarding, SOW profile reviews, periodic reviews, and trigger event reviews across Asia.
Ensure business processes are in line with internal policies and procedures.
Document, validate, and clearly summarise QA findings.
Support the preparation of QA reports and management information.
Assist with ad-hoc thematic reviews.
Work closely with business stakeholders including Operations, Change, Risk, and Technology teams to support remediation of QA findings.
Support the QA Lead with additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 2 years of experience in QA testing, compliance monitoring, compliance testing, audit, or consulting.
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
Good understanding of risk and control concepts.
Knowledge of SOW corroboration.
Familiarity with CIP requirements, KYC documentation, complex account structures, and private banking regulatory standards is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
