Job Description

Deliver key HR programs such as performance management, headcount planning and rewards strategies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement HR solutions
Guide business stakeholders in building high-performing teams, developing talent pipelines, and enhancing engagement
Facilitate organisational change, leadership development, and training sessions to boost performance
Use HR data analytics to address business challenges and improve decision-making
Lead diversity and inclusion efforts, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment
Mentor HR Advisors and provide expert guidance on complex HR issues

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in HR leadership role (HRBP)
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement impactful HR solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices
Fluent in English and Chinese
