Your new role

• Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support hiring managers in screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Guide to interview panel members on proper hiring procedures.
• Coordinate background checks with the company's third‑party vendor.
• Work with managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including Day‑1 orientation.
• Stay current on recruitment trends through training and professional development.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years of in‑house recruitment experience.
• Experience in rail, construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of employment procedures and legal requirements.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
• Excellent time management, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
