Job Description

Serve as the go-to technical expert for data center platforms, covering server operating systems and virtualization technologies
Manage daily operations, administration, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure platforms
Ensure platform reliability, performance, and lifecycle management across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments
Provide technical input into architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and resilience
Support ongoing initiatives in automation, optimization, and infrastructure modernization
Operate and maintain enterprise infrastructure including:
- Servers and operating systems
- Virtualization platforms
- Storage and backup systems
- Network infrastructure
- Data center facilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve overall system performance

The Successful Applicant

Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure support and platform engineering
Solid expertise in:
- Linux operating systems (must-have)
- Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Networking fundamentals and infrastructure connectivity
Hands-on experience managing data center environments and hybrid infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments
Good understanding of system performance tuning, capacity planning, and high availability setups
Exposure to automation tools or scripting is an advantage
Ability to work independently while collaborating with broader technical teams
