TechOps Infrastructure Project Manager

Supporting and coordinating technology operations projects that improve system stability, performance, and service delivery. This role will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered effectively and operational priorities are aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technology operations-related projects from planning through delivery.
• Work with internal technical teams to support system improvements, operational changes, and process enhancements.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business users, and external partners.
• Gather requirements and help translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status updates, and meeting materials.
• Support governance, coordination, and reporting activities as needed.

Requirements

• Financial services experience is a must

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Around 5 years or more of relevant experience in project management, IT operations, or solution implementation.
• Good understanding of technology operations, infrastructure, or application support environments is a must.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English and Chinese is an advantage.

Infrastructure Engineer

Focusing on data center operations and field support. You will be the primary point of contact for local data center facility management, ensuring smooth operations and coordinating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Center Operations: Maintain and monitor hardware and facilities at our Hong Kong data centers.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Perform physical troubleshooting of server room equipment, cabling, and hardware components.
• Vendor Management: Escort vendors for on-site visits and schedule routine maintenance.
• Incident Escalation: Act as the local escalation point for alarms and system issues reported by our global command centre in India.
• Collaboration: Partner with HK-based teams to ensure global facility standards are met.

Requirements

• Hands-on Experience: Proven experience with hardware installation and support for major brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in server room cabling and physical hardware troubleshooting.
• Communication: Excellent command of both Cantonese and English.
