Job Description - Insurance - Business Analyst(1-year contract)

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Automate and smoothen broker processes using platform capabilities, APIs, and complementary tools.
Act as liaison between business teams and IT/vendors during delivery.
Support solution design, process mapping, and digital journey enhancements.
Conduct UAT, validate system changes, and support rollout and training.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills

3-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or broker/agency systems.
Strong understanding of broker workflows and insurance processes.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Experience with broker portals or intermediary platforms.
Knowledge of underwriting or policy administration systems.
Familiarity with APIs
Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
