Insurance Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behaviour and insurance agency performance.
• Solve complex business problems across agent performance, customer digital footprints, and policy funneling.
• Build dashboards and reports to support business decision-making, especially for agency sales and performance management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop data models, automate data pipelines, and ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analytics.
• Present insights to management teams in a clear and data‑driven manner.
• Support ongoing data initiatives, including process optimization, predictive modelling, and analytical enhancements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with insurance agency reporting is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modelling, and automation.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and articulate insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
