Job Description - Investment Transformation Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead PMO activities: planning, milestones, risks, and reporting
Track delivery across key work streams (Tech, Ops, ALM, Mandates, Alternatives)
Coordinate data gathering to build a clear current-state view (processes, structures, R&R)
Develop governance frameworks (RACI, decision rights, committees)
Draft internal service agreements and SLAs
Manage stakeholders across Investment, Risk, Finance, Ops, Legal, and consultants
Support CIO with board materials and implementation roadmap

Requirements

Experience in project management/PMO within financial services or investments
Exposure to operating model transformation or governance design
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
