Job Description

Lead requirements gathering, design, and implementation of AI chatbot solutions across customer service, internal operations, and sales enablement.
Collaborate with NLP engineers, UX designers, and product managers to optimize chatbot performance and user experience.
Define KPIs and success metrics for chatbot adoption and effectiveness.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and AI integration.
Develop business cases, process maps, and transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation roles.
Proven experience with AI chatbot platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Rasa).
Strong understanding of digital technologies: cloud, automation, data analytics, and enterprise platforms.
Agile/Scrum experience and certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are a plus.
