About Our Client

Our client is a well-established company in the Financial Services industry, operating as part of a large organization in Hong Kong. The company is known for its strong presence in the market and commitment to excellence in its operations.

Job Description

Administer and support servers and network infrastructure
Provide end-user workstation support, including Windows OS and productivity tools
Assist with IT enhancement initiatives and project implementation
Maintain and review IT hardware inventory and support contracts
Ensure compliance with group IT policies, procedures, and standards

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with 2 years in finance
Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Linux are advantageous
Proficient in Windows Server and Linux environments
Skilled in managing networking equipment (firewalls, routers, switches)
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN technologies
Experience with PABX and voice recording systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
