Job Description - IT Officer (System/Network) - 32K

We're looking for a skilled IT Executive Officer (System/Network) to support one of our largest sizeable in-house clients.

Your new role

Oversee and support office systems and meeting room tech to ensure smooth daily operations.
Check server and network logs regularly and report any issues.
Manage systems across Windows, VMware/Sangfor, Firewall, and Linux environments.
Run virus scans and keep all security software current.
Apply Microsoft updates, patches, and service packs when needed.
Schedule and verify server backups to protect and recover data effectively.
Set up and maintain laptops and desktops following company IT standards.

What you'll need to succeed

3+ years of experience in Deskside User Support
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Microsoft 365, VMware, Veeam Backup, Active Directory, and networking basics.
Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Windows, VMware, Veeam Backup, and MS Exchange systems.
Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex issues efficiently.
Fluency in English and Chinese
