Job Description

As an IT Operations Support Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing structured cabling and data center operations to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards for IT infrastructure.
Managing vendor relationships for maintenance and upgrades related to structured cabling and data centers.
Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements where necessary.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related challenges.
Documenting processes and maintaining accurate records of IT operations activities.
Supporting special projects related to technology upgrades and system migrations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Operations Support Manager should have:

A solid understanding of structured cabling and data center operations.
Experience in IT infrastructure within the financial services industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in relevant IT systems and tools.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
