Job Description - IT Security Specialist

Your new role

Expert Support: Guide the design, implementation, and improvement of IAM and PAM solutions.
System Lifecycle: Contribute to architecture, documentation, testing, training, and ongoing support for identity platforms.
Administration: Manage and troubleshoot IAM/PAM systems, ensuring smooth integration with other security tools.
Operations: Maintain procedures for account lifecycle, privileged access monitoring, backups, patching, and compliance audits.
Vulnerability Management: Perform assessments, support penetration testing, track remediation, and strengthen access controls against risks.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity (consulting, operations, solution delivery, or technology projects). More experience may qualify for senior roles.
Hands-on experience with IAM, PAM, Secret Management, or ITDR solutions. Knowledge of AI/ML is a plus.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISP, CISA.
Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, DPO IT Security Policy, China Cybersecurity Law).
