Job Description

Establishing project scope and defining business needs with stakeholders and various functional groups.
Performing business analysis, preparing user stories, determining workflows, and recommending system/process enhancements and data governance designs.
Building/enhancing client report system platforms.
Managing end-to-end project tasks from feasibility studies, requirement analysis/documentation, and UAT management (including UAT test scripts) to implementation support.
Evaluating project performance post-implementation and resolving production issues with stakeholders.
Project Planning and Management
Mapping out project timelines and paths to execution.
Tracking projects to ensure timely, within scope, and budget delivery.
Preparing project communication materials, including status updates and steering committee presentations.
Monitoring deliverables and dependencies.
Communicating with stakeholders on status and timelines, acting as chair for working groups.
Managing and reconciling conflicts on resources and expectations between stakeholders, escalating when required.

The Successful Applicant

University degree in business, finance, IT, or related disciplines.
5-8 years of practical experience in project management (experience in Banking and/or Finance Change Management is advantageous).
Knowledge in client statements, system/process enhancements, and data governance design.
Experience in Agile development practices is a plus.
Strong project management, people management, influencing, and analytical skills.
Understanding of banking business and products.
Big picture thinkers who can discuss technical details.
Solution-focused mindset, experimental and flexible.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, hard-working, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Mature, self-motivated, proactive, with a passion for excellence.
CPA holders with knowledge in client or regulatory reporting would be advantageous.
