Job Description - IT Support Engineer (Urgent, In-house)

Your new company

We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer for one of our most sizeable in-house clients.

Your new role

Serve as the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance
Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, software, and IT services
Provide support for Windows systems, productivity tools, Microsoft 365 apps, and other business applications
Handle user account setup, permission changes, and access administration
Look after office IT equipment, basic server tasks, and network connectivity
Assist with server-related checks, system maintenance, and directory services
Record and update support requests through the ticketing system

What you'll need to succeed

Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in IT support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune
Strong problem-solving skills, a sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented attitude
