We are seeking a Senior IT Support to provide personalised, high-priority technical support to our executive leadership and other senior stakeholders for one of our most sizeable in-house clients.
Your new role
Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Deliver immediate, high-quality IT support to C-suite executives, board members, and VIP users (both in-office and remotely)
Manage and maintain executive laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Set up and support AV systems for meetings, board sessions, and business presentations
Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues with minimal disruption to operations
Develop and maintain documentation, technical procedures, and policies
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of IT support experience as well as supporting executives or senior leadership
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, enterprise mobile management, and modern collaboration suites (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace, etc.)
Experience with helpdesk tools, endpoint management, and remote support solutions
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a calm and professional attitude
Fluency in English is a must
