Job Description - IT Support (Window Upgrade) - Finance

Your Company

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to develop hands-on technical skills while providing day-to-day support for one of our most sizeable firms.

Your new role

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported incidents via ticketing systems, email, or in person
Assist with user account management, including onboarding and offboarding
Maintain IT inventory and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

1 year of experience in IT Support or IT related duties
Experience in upgrading Win10 to Win 11 is an ADVANTAGE
Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Good communication skills in Chinese and English
