Job Description - IT Team Assistant (Fresh Grad welcomed)

We are seeking an IT Team Assistant to support the daily operations. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcomed. Up to 30K

Your new role

Support the IT team in daily admin and operational tasks.
Handle budget tracking and invoices process
Prepare reports using Excel & Power BI
Maintain data records and ensure accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams and external IT vendors
Assist with basic reporting and presentations for IT Management

What you'll need to succeed

Basic knowledge on information Technology
Fresh graduates welcome
Detail-oriented and good with data
Familiar with Excel skills and Power BI
Good English & Chinese communication
MNC background / internship is an advantage.
