Job Description

Developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Conducting data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.
Optimizing AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Documenting processes, methodologies, and results for internal stakeholders.
Providing technical support and expertise on AI-related projects.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in AI applications.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Min. 1-3 years of experience
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Ability to build and optimize retrieval systems, manage data chunking, indexing, and reranking for high-performance RAG pipeline
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps in a large scale enterprise environment is preferable
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
