Job Description - Junior IT PM

Responsibilities

Support end‑to‑end project delivery for insurance and digital initiatives, from planning to go‑live
Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery
Assist in managing project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
Support delivery of digital projects such as customer platforms, portals, CRM systems, and process automation
Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRD, UAT support, RAID logs, and status reports
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and escalate risks or issues when required

Requirements

1-3 years' experience in a project coordination or junior PM role, preferably within insurance or financial services
Exposure to digital transformation or system implementation projects is an advantage
Basic understanding of project management lifecycle and SDLC (Waterfall / Agile)
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Excel is a plus
