Job Description - KYC/ AML Administration Officer

Your new role

Conducting trigger event review, background searching and Worldcheck
Updating customer risk assessments through the internal system
Responsible for reviewing, verifying POI & POA and signature, checking Tax residence, Jurisdiction & TIN
Ensuring the information is complete, accurate, and update on systems appropriately
Liaising with the transaction team to perform relevant four-eye checks
Reporting to the compliance manager regularly

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid growth
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer support is an advantage
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
