M365 Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior M365 & Copilot Subject Matter Expert to take overall responsibility for the engineering, configuration, and lifecycle management of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Messaging, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD/VDI).

This hybrid role blends core enterprise infrastructure engineering with cutting-edge AI delivery. You will design secure cloud architectures, build and govern custom Copilot agent solutions, and orchestrate advanced workflows to drive productivity, automation, and secure AI adoption across a heavily regulated global environment.

• AI & Agent Engineering: Design, build, and govern Copilot solutions and agent experiences using Copilot Studio (including prompt engineering, tool grounding, and custom connectors).

• M365 & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the architecture, migration, and ongoing management of Exchange Online, EntraID, Intune, Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

• Workflow Automation & Integration: Leverage the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and Microsoft Graph API to automate end-to-end business processes and integrate enterprise data securely.

• Security, Guardrails & Compliance: Establish enterprise-grade AI guardrails, manage identity/access control, align content boundaries, and ensure all M365 infrastructure meets strict financial compliance, auditing, and data loss prevention (DLP) standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data, application, and security teams to align Copilot with trusted data foundations (such as Microsoft Fabric) and support overall cloud adoption strategies.

• Operations & Resilience: Manage vendor support cases, monitor adoption via telemetry (Work IQ), and assist with infrastructure setup, Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

• Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent) with strong experience delivering M365 engineering and Copilot/AI solutions in a large, regulated enterprise environment (Financial Services or Insurance background preferred).

• AI & Automation Stack: Hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Microsoft Graph API, and the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

• Core Infrastructure Stack: Solid experience with EntraID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, VDI/AVD, and Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft 365/Azure certifications or VMware qualifications.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, willingness to learn emerging technologies, and excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse, global teams.
