Job Description - Management Reporting & Analytics, Senior Principal

Key Requirements

Lead management reporting, budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights
Strong leadership with experience managing and developing finance teams
Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and planning processes
Confident communicator with senior management and Group stakeholders

Education & Experience

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
15+ years' experience in financial management or FP&A
Life insurance or financial services experience preferred
