Management Trainee

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budget forecasting, and variance analysis for various regional projects and large-scale events.
• Support day-to-day accounting functions, vendor management, and financial documentation to ensure regional compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and back-office workflows as the company scales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing) on financial modeling for new market entries or special events.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related quantitative discipline.
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Finance/FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory
• Proactive "self-starter" personality
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential
