Job Description - Manager - Agency Management

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain insurance agency SOPs and end‑to‑end operational guidelines
Review and streamline agency operational processes, including IA regulatory workflows
Standardise agency house rules and operating practices across business units
Conduct cross‑BU gap analysis and consolidate findings for Regional Office review
Facilitate discussions between departments to resolve operational differences
Design governance frameworks for agent recruitment, performance monitoring, and agency life cycle management
Act as a coordination point between local agency offices and Regional Office

Requirements

Strong experience in insurance agency operations and agency management
Hands‑on background; able to perform operational work in addition to managing frameworks
Manager to Senior Manager-level capability in stakeholder and cross‑office communication
Solid knowledge of insurance agency structures, local office operations, and compliance environment
Hybrid profile combining project management capability and agency subject‑matter expertise
Agency domain expertise (~70%) with strong communication and alignment skills (~30%)
Requires close collaboration with Regional Office and local agency offices
