Job Description - Manager Data Analytics and CRM (AI/ Machine Learning) -45-50k

Job Description

Extract, analyze, and model large volumes of structured and unstructured data, applying advanced statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and modern machine learning algorithms to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Proactively translate business challenges into analytics-driven solutions, selecting suitable methodologies, managing analytical applications, and rigorously evaluating outcomes.
Maintain strong awareness of business performance, with the ability to anticipate emerging issues and shifting priorities.
Deliver high-quality analytical outputs within tight timelines in a fast-changing business environment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement AI and machine-learning initiatives, ensuring clearly defined performance metrics and successful deployment.
Share knowledge, best practices, and collaborate with various stakeholders to foster a productive, diverse, and supportive working environment.
Comply with internal policies, procedures, and risk-control requirements in daily operations and project activities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or machine learning/AI/Generative AI, preferably within the banking sector.
Strong capability in mining and analyzing massive datasets for rapid insight generation.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with machine-learning and AI methodologies.
Proficiency in Python, SQL/BigQuery, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikSense; experience working on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is essential.
Knowledge of embedding techniques, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation abilities, supported by strong business acumen.
A strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset, ensuring efficient and effective delivery to stakeholders.
