Your new role

As the Events & Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of B2B events, including conferences, seminars, partner activities, and networking sessions. You will also assist in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, helping to produce high-quality marketing materials, digital content, and communications that strengthen brand awareness and partner engagements.

• Supporting end-to-end logistics for B2B events and programmes
• Coordinating vendors, venues, collateral, and on-site setup
• Assisting with campaign planning and timeline management
• Creating and proofreading marketing materials, brochures, decks, and presentations
• Supporting digital/channel marketing activities and event promotion
• Tracking campaign performance and preparing post-event reports
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or corporate communications (insurance or financial services experience a plus)
• Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese an advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe) a bonus
