Your new role

As the Events & Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of B2B events, including conferences, seminars, partner activities, and networking sessions. You will also assist in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, helping to produce high‑quality marketing materials, digital content, and communications that strengthen brand awareness and partner engagements.

• Supporting end‑to‑end logistics for B2B events and programmes
• Coordinating vendors, venues, collateral, and on‑site setup
• Assisting with campaign planning and timeline management
• Creating and proofreading marketing materials, brochures, decks, and presentations
• Supporting digital/channel marketing activities and event promotion
• Tracking campaign performance and preparing post‑event reports
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or corporate communications (insurance or financial services experience a plus)
• Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese an advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe) a bonus
