Job Description - Middle Office

Your new company

Our client is a leading Hong Kong Security Brokerage Firm with a diverse business around the world.

Your new role

Validate and confirm daily trades across fixed income (bonds, repos, credit products) and equity derivatives (options, swaps, futures).
Ensure accurate trade enrichment, booking, amendments, and cancellations in front-to-back systems.
Monitor the full trade lifecycle-from execution to settlement-identifying breaks or mismatches with counterparties or clearing houses.
Support the front office by monitoring limits such as credit exposure, market risk, and operational limits
Draft, review, and issue trade confirmations: ISDA termsheets, equity derivatives confirmations, bond confirmations

What you'll need to succeed

At least 4-5 years of middle office operation experience, preferably with exposure in both fixed income and equities derivatives
Strong knowledge of futures and options
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Fluent in English and Cantonese
